(Me in the kitchen, cooking some noodles for dinner)

Me: (mixing some ingredients into boiling pot of noodles)
He: (walks into the kitchen) Eh, next time the utilities bills (shows a copy) goes above $150, you pay ok?
Me: (slowly turns to face him but looks at the bill instead)
He: So you can use all you want, ah ok? Anything above $150, you pay. This one month's one is.. (searches for the bill amount on the paper) $158, so you pay $75 ok?
Me: (Continues to at the bill showing no interest, while wiping hands with cloth)
He: Settle ah? (walks back to his room)
Me: (Continues cooking his noodles)



I'm already being very good by not arguing or talking back for so long. It's only just the begining...
